AI Token VIP provides API access to third-party AI language models. We act as an API aggregation and optimization layer, providing a unified interface to models developed by third-party providers (such as Qwen and DeepSeek). We do not develop or train the underlying AI models.
You agree NOT to use the Service for:
We target 99.9% uptime for our API service but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by factors beyond our control.
AI Token VIP provides the Service "as is." We are not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of AI model outputs. Our total liability is limited to the amount of unused credits in your account.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, unused credits may be refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy.
We may update these Terms with 30 days advance notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration in Hong Kong.
